Terms of payment
It's possible to order directly on-line, by phone or via e-mail.
You can pay:
- on-line with a credit card
- by bank transfer before the purchase
- on delivery (in Milan only)
1. Payment on-line with a credit card
When you pay on-line with a credit card, immediately after having sent your order you will access our payment page, on the safe server Keyclient, where you can pay for the whole order. The credit cards accepted are Visa and MasterCard. Whatever payment method you choose, the transaction will take place on a server protected by safety standards at bank levels. 2. Payment by bank transfer before the purchase
Your order cannot be filled until we verify that the bank transfer has taken place. The bank transfer must be carried out using our bank co-ordinates, specifying the number of the order on the bank transfer. After having done this, please send your bank statement with the C.R.O. number via fax or by e-mail to our Client Service, specifying the number of the order.
3. Payment on delivery
Payment on delivery is only available in the following cases:
- home delivery (in Milan only)
- pick-up at our point of sale
The payment must be in cash in the case of shipment by express courier and home delivery; cash or cashcard if you collect the parcel at our point of sale. We do not accept cheques or other payment methods other than the ones stated.
Stocks
All the products on the website are effectively on sale even if the availability of the product could differ from the one shown on the website. This can occur above all in some periods of the year, as at Christmas time. However, you can ask for the effective availability of the product before ordering and in any case we would like to inform you that if you pay by bank transfer you must await our consent relative to the availability of the product before paying. If you have paid with a credit card and one or more articles are not available, you will be contacted and asked whether you wish to cancel the whole order (in which case the transaction will be cancelled), accept other products in lieu of the ones that are not available with same value as your choice or fill the order with only those products that are available (in which case you will be credited on your credit card the difference).
Quality Guarantee
The products sold on enotecaronchi.it are first choice products and are not of lower quality as it happens with second choice or similar products, unless otherwise stated.
The products available on this website are bought directly from the producer or distributor/authorised resellers who themselves buy from the producer. The products are covered by a guarantee. For any defect or flaw relative to the product itself, you must notify by registered letter, e-mail or by fax within 10 days from the delivery. Following this communication enotecaronchi.it will take back the faulty products. The shipment costs for this and to send new products to substitute the faulty ones will be paid by enotecaronchi.it. If the faulty products are no longer available, enotecaronchi.it has the right to substitute them with others of the same value or to give you back the money of the goods, except the shipment costs.
The right to recede – satisfied or reimbursed
Your rights are protected by the Legislative Decree 185/99 whereby you have the right to recede from the contract, also partially, without any explanation, penalties or added costs on condition that the recess is communicated by registered letter with notification of receipt within 10 working days from the delivery of the products to Enoteca Ronchi – via san Vincenzo, 12 – 20123 MILAN. You can forward the registered letter you have sent in which you make use of the right to recede by e-mail at the address: info@enotecaronchi.it or by fax at the number +39 02 58103559.
Client obligations
In your letter intending to make use of your right to recede, you must indicate the date and the number of the order and the progressive number of the invoice as well as the description of the products you want to send back.
As soon as we receive your letter, we will immediately send you by e-mail all the instructions and the RMA (authorised goods recess) number . Within 5 working days from the receipt of this e-mail, you must send back all or part of the products using the original packaging (the one used to send you the products) at your expense. You must write the number of the RMA that has been assigned to you on the outside of the packaging. All shipments made before having communicated to us your intention to make use of the right to recede or all shipments that do not have a valid RMA code number on the outside of the packaging will be sent back to the sender.
In order to make use of the right to recede you must accept the following conditions:
- Non foodstuffs (such as glasses, corkscrews etc.) must be in the same condition as new (as if they have never been used), with the same packaging, packaging material and, in any case, with the same content as when you received the product.
- Foodstuffs must not have any sign of being opened/tampered with the seals of the package and the labels with the data.
In particular, the Client, by accepting the present supply contract, declares, and takes full civil and penal responsability that the foodstuffs for which he wishes to make use of the right to recede have not been contaminated in any way chemically, biologically or physically and that they have not undergone great temperature changes or have been kept at temperatures below 2°C and above 37°C.
- points 1 or 2 mentioned above are not respected
- the products ordered are perishable or cannot be sent back due to their nature
- the goods ordered have been expressly personalised or made to measure
- the goods ordered were not in the catalogue but were obtained on purpose following a particular request
- the goods were bought by a professional user or for resale, hence in general all those purchases invoiced with the tax number
The client is responsible for the return shipment as well as for the costs. Any shipment made debiting us will be sent back. When issuing a reimbursement, the initial shipping costs will not be included.
